Waiver And Consent Form

For first time students please plan on arriving 15 minutes before class to fill out the waiver and consent form.  You can pre-print the form in advance by using the link below.

Class fee can be paid by cash, card or Venmo.

 You can bring your own props or blankets, blocks, mat and eye pillow are available for use in the studio. Zero gravity recliners are available for appointments and Sound baths although there are a limited number available.
